Really speaking most recipes that I have found online are really good but for me health is a priority so I judge a recipe on the basis of the ingredients used in a recipe. If you are health conscious and a food lover then you will find that sugar is a key ingredient in almost all sweet recipes. But I would avoid use of sugar and rather use natural sweeteners like agave. Now that's what makes a truly special recipe.Keith
